HISTORY:
The Greater Houston Strength Coaches Association (GHSCA) was created in an attempt to support, inform, and foster fellowship among strength coaches from high school, college, and professional ranks throughout the Greater Houston area. The GHSCA is the first organization of its kind in the state of Texas, and will be joined by similar organizations across the state very soon. They will all fall under the larger Texas Strength Coaches Association.
Our Mission Statement:
Foster fellowship and education of strength coaches at all levels in order to ensure that athletes receive the best, research-based instruction in the areas of strength and conditioning and nutrition. This will ensure that Texas athletes will excel in any athletic competition.
